Program prices include: EU teacher training, course, please see the course description, course certificate, accommodation as stated above, either in a single room a) host family with half board or b) in a student house or studio for self-catering. In a single room. Arrival/departure days before or after the course, see above. Final cleaning, additional costs such as electricity, water, garbage collection, taxes, course materials, registration and other fees, on-site contact person, emergency number.

If stated half board, in hostfamilies it includes breakfast and dinner. Some hostfamilies provide lunch at weekends. In residence, the accommodation is without meals but with use of the kitchen.

Also included: On-site administration of EU application documentation that you need for your application or EU project.

Please note, that we do NOT and cannot help you with your EU funding application. This can only be done through your own school, your employer and Help is given by National Agencies in your country)

Included are: several cultural events, excursions and/or leisure club membership and/or sports, guided tours, conversation clubs. Events differ for each location. *

Not included in the price: Flight and airport transfers are not included in the price. We can book airport transfer for you. Please enquire at booking stage. In order to use the airport transfer, participants must send us their flight ticket at least 4 weeks before departure.

The residences, studenthouse and studios are all self-catering with use of the kitchen.

Arrival and departure: Course starts on Monday (if Monday is a public holiday, then on Tuesday). Arrival is on the weekend before the course, usually Sunday and departure on the weekend after the course, usually Saturday. However, arrival and departure days may vary depending on the accommodation (e.g. Saturday arrival and departure). Please see the arrival and departure days of the respective course or accommodation in the price list. Arrival and departure days can differ from the list above. Your final booking confirmation will have binding arrival and depature dates and times for your specific accommodation.

Some of the single rooms in the residences/studenthouse have an ensuite bathroom. See description “Places and accommodation”

Other services included in the price: The price also includes a registration fee of €310 plus €89 flat rate expenses/booking fee.
Registration fees finance support for the application, preparation for the stay, additional EU documentation during the stay where necessary. Overall, all service fees are also included, which include extra services such as emergency service, on-site contact, extra costs to guarantee accommodation, because a booking in the event of an EU cancellation can also be canceled shortly before the start of the trip without any cancellation costs.

Prices for accommodations themselves include bed linen, as well as an external contact person on site and the option, for example, to change the host family .

Public holidays: There are no lessons on public holidays . Any missing days will not be made up for and will not be reimbursed. If the public holiday is on a Monday, we still recommend arriving the weekend before.

Who are the other participants in the course?
The courses are recognized by the EU. However, teachers from outside the EU also take part in the training, e.g. from Asia. However, the largest proportion are teachers from EU countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Lithuania and other EU countries. Participants include teachers of all ages. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the composition of the respective groups and therefore cannot guarantee an international mix. That would be desirable, but sometimes one or the other nation predominates in a course, depending on registrations or the funding approved by the EU.

Other information about accommodation: Key deposit/deposit: For some accommodations, a key deposit or deposit of €50 is required and charged on site via the credit card or in cash. Participants pay this at the school or accommodation. You receive your deposit back, when the key is returned. Currently, participants for Dublin (depending on residence) Galway, Cork should prepare for a deposit by credit card.

Some residences require you to sign additional forms before arrival.

Distance from the accommodation to the school: The minutes distance to the accommodation can be closer or further away in individual cases. Times are not guaranteed and refer to either walking distance or bus or train journeys to the accommodation. Not all accommodations are within walking distance.
